Tēnā koutou, tēnā koutou, tēnā koutou katoa. Hey everyone, I am Rāhera and I am 26 years old from Hamilton, NZ. When I look back on my journey, beauty has been a big part of it through life training. I remember when I was 6 years old, my sister and I crushed up a waxy kids makeup pellet from the $2 shop and mixed it with some found-under-the-bed baby oil, to make some out the gate lipgloss concoction. From then on, I was won over! Over the years, it evolved from hair to makeup to eventually the present, where I genuinely wanted to find ways to nourish and care for the hair, skin and body in it's natural form. Who are we and do we love what's behind the makeup and hairdo? This began a beautiful journey that has flourished to where we are now. Tīaho Beauty has been running since November 2021. It actually began through a dream, the word "radiance" kept popping up. I shot out of bed at 3am and planned out potential names for a potential "something". After some exploring, making mistakes and almost canning it altogether... We pushed through, kept going and Tīaho Beauty was birthed! A huge mihi to everyone who has and is supporting our journey, we are so blessed. Here's to a wonderful journey ahead.

(Available Monday, Wednesday and Friday 5:30pm-7:30pm) •$6.00 North Island, NZ. •$8.00 South Island, NZ. •Free shipping for orders over $65.00 PROCESSING ORDERS. •Please allow 2-3 business days for your order to be processed. We process all orders on business days (excluding weekends or public holidays.) SHIPPING ORDERS. •Due to COVID-19, please understand that delivery may be delayed and affected by these unprecedented challenges. •We ship orders on business days (excluding weekends or public holidays.) • While we are working very hard to make sure you receive your order as quick as possible, we cannot guarantee the time frame in which your order will arrive. All of our packages are provided with postal tracking. Therefore, you will receive a tracking order after your order has been processed. It is your responsibility to track your package until it reaches the designated address stated on your order. •It is your responsibility to liaise with the postal service for loss of package during transit. •We accept no responsibility for the interference of natural disasters, causing delay in arrival of your package. REFUNDS, RETURNS AND/OR EXCHANGE POLICY. •Under consumer law, if a product or service is damaged and is not fit for purpose, you can email us with photos provided and proof of purchase to be eligible for a repair, replacement or refund. •Our refunds, returns and exchange policy applies for 14 days from when your order is purchased. We cannot offer you a refund, return and/or exchange outside of this timeframe. •To be eligible for refund or exchange, all purchased products must be unused, unopened and kept in original packaging. •Shipping fees are non-refundabe. You will be responsible for purchasing your own shipping costs when returning your item/s. •If you are returning an order over $50, please consider using a tracked postal service. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item. •Once your request for refund is approved, you will be sent an email notifying refund approval. Credit will be refunded into the credit or debit card that purchased the order. It is your responsibility to provide preferred method of payment, if otherwise. •Once your request for exchange is approved, you will be sent an email notifying exchange approval. Exchanged products must be of similar or equal value, if not the same. Please allow 2-3 days for your order to be processed. LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS Please contact your credit card company and bank, it may take some time before your refund is successfully transferred.
